GIS Survey consulting experience in project management, execution, or coordination.
Experience in Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project environments.Gather and consolidate reports from various teams for review and analysis.
Ensure that project documentation, including progress reports, is accurate and timely.
Assist in the preparation and submission of RFPs (Request for Proposals), EOIs (Expression of Interest), and DPRs (Detailed Project Reports).
Ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Promote effective teamwork and ensure tasks are aligned with project requirements.
Apply industry standards and best practices, especially if certified (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL), to Improve project outcomes.
Work within Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project environments, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Track daily project progress and ensure milestones are met.
Regularly update stakeholders on project status.
Engage team members to maintain alignment with project goals.
