Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer to lead our user interface development efforts. The UI Engineer is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of UI design & development principles, as well as technical proficiency in frontend development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React js, Next js and JQuery.  You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to establish design guidelines and ensure consistency and quality across all products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the frontend development efforts across all digital platforms, including web and mobile.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistencyand quality across all products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,and developers, to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Develop and maintain UI component libraries.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to informdesign decisions.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation of design across all platforms.
Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Any Bachelors/ Master degree
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI design and development for web and mobile applications.
Minimum 3 years working experience for a government set up/ project.
Strong knowledge of React js, Nextjs
Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Figma, Photoshop etc.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and other frontend development technologies.
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in team.
Proven experience in driving UI/UX strategy and establishing design guidelines andstandards.
Proficient with GIT flow.
Knowledge of API Integration
