A new chapter has been added to the state's industrial revolution. MPMKVVCL has started working hard to provide online connection with hard work. Applicants applying high pressure industries do not need to move around in different offices of the electricity company.
SANKALP is an acronym for “Serving for Availing New Connection through Kontact Less Process”. This project mainly deals in providing an online registration service for New HT / LT connections via the official website (or Portal). SANKALP basically is an initiative by MPMKVVCL ( An Undertaking of Government of Madhya Pradesh ) to serve its consumers as per the geographical limitation of the company by providing them with HT / LT Connection Services 24 X 7 at their doorstep. The project has been designed to provide a transparent, comprehensive, reliable and user-friendly source of information, availing new connection only through online services.
The Online Services of the applicants / consumers of MPMKVVCL has been re-engineered, designed and developeed in order to avoid congestion at various Electricity board office branches & cutting down the waiting time for applicants / consumers for service connections thus completely justifing its tag line

SANKALP Application is basically an initiative by taken by Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidhyut Vitaran Company Limited ( An undertaking of GoMP ) to serve its consumers by providing them with facility to avail service for High Tension / Low Tension Connections at their doorstep. The project has been designed to provide a transparent, comprehensive, reliable and user-friendly source of information, availing new connection only through online services.
Applicants applying New Service Connection along with Load Enhancement / Reduction for High Tension / Low Tension Connections do not need to move around in different offices of the electricity company. Applicants can apply online, digitally sign the document and make payment online for submitting the application for various services provided by MPMKVVCL.
The SANKALP Application is integration with multiple thrid party Application as mentioned below in order to faciliate the applicant / consumer with the service 24 X 7 as and when required
1. Successfully integrated with Consumer Management system :
1.a. Provides the applicant / consumer to avail various kinds of services from a single account and keep a track of the same.
2. Successfully Integrated with Payment Gateway System & Payment disbursement system :
2.a. Provides facility to the consumer to make payment Online / Offline.
2.b. Refunds are made online to the conusmers account as per the details provided on the application form by the consumer.
3. Integrated with IGRS :
3.a. Provide the feature of generating e-stamp and digitally sign the Agreement for service connection online.
4. Integrated with CCNB & other running projects.

6. Online Application for New Service Connection of LT & HT.
7. Estimate Creation & Project Module for HT / LT Connections.
8. Create & Approval of digitally signed Work Orders Online, Circulate the same to the contractor and the consumer online.
9. Alerts and Notifications to all the stakeholders of the system at various levels.
